Taralli all’olio

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 g Dry Wine
  • 150 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20 g Salt

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth, homogeneous dough. Then take the dough and make approximately 60 balls.
  • Roll out and shape into a tarallo shape. Boil in water and salt for about 15 seconds, just long enough for the taralli to come to the surface.
  • Let dry on a clean cloth and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
