Soft Oil Buns
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 500 g Flour
- 100g Extra virgin olive oil
- water 175 g fresh
- 5 g brewer's yeast
- 60 g sugar
- 10 g salt
- as much milk as needed
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Knead until dough is well strung together. Cover and let rise at least 3 hours.
- Take the well-risen dough and form about 16 balls and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolls with milk and let rise for another hour. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- As soon as they are removed from the oven, brush one more time with milk and let dry on a wire rack.
