Soft Oil Buns

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 500 g Flour
  • 100g Extra virgin olive oil
  • water 175 g fresh
  • 5 g brewer's yeast
  • 60 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • as much milk as needed

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Knead until dough is well strung together. Cover and let rise at least 3 hours.
  • Take the well-risen dough and form about 16 balls and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brush the rolls with milk and let rise for another hour. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • As soon as they are removed from the oven, brush one more time with milk and let dry on a wire rack.
