Oil Biscuits

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 150 g  olive oil
  • 200 g  sugar
  • salt a pinch

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Make a shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Take it out of the fridge roll it out and cut cookies to the desired shape.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. If desired, dust with powdered sugar.
