Focaccia
I n g r e d i e n t s
- Flour 1 kg
- 100g Extra virgin olive oil
- 20 g Salt
- 800 g fresh Water
- 10 g yeast
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- In planetary mixer Mix flour with salt, water and yeast until smooth.
- Add 60 g oil and allow to absorb while kneading. Let rise in a warm place for 3 hours.
- Divide the dough into two loaves. Each dough ball will line a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
- Divide remaining 40 g oil over buns and let rise for about 2 more hours Sprinkle with grains of fior di sale, Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Serve hot
