I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • Flour 1 kg
  • 100g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g Salt
  • 800 g fresh Water
  • 10 g yeast

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • In planetary mixer Mix flour with salt, water and yeast until smooth.
  • Add 60 g oil and allow to absorb while kneading. Let rise in a warm place for 3 hours.
  • Divide the dough into two loaves. Each dough ball will line a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
  • Divide remaining 40 g oil over buns and let rise for about 2 more hours Sprinkle with grains of fior di sale, Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Serve hot
